Judging the competition will be respected Australian and international drinks journalist Mike Bennie (IG: @mikebennie101) who runs his own bottle shop while also writing for titles like Delicious Magazine, the Wine Front and the Sydney Morning Herald
Recipes will be judged on taste, style, and use of Australian ingredients to enchance the flavours of this classic Peruvian cocktail.
